I took my daughter to the pretty blue gorge that I discovered a few weeks back. The way is rough and partly off trail. I found a better way to get us out of there. Now we are going to go back for an overnighter. The water in the gorge is very deep, the only way to explore the gorge is to swim or float. We are going to take something to float on. We need to find something really light for backpacking. It's really too cold for much swimming.
