Back to Lake Slimy Egg for a nice hike with the new dog. Trying to break her in slowly as she is overwieight and she was not a hiker. This was only six miles round trip and it was level. She seemed to do well.
I like how Sage sleeps at lunchtime rather then begging for my lunch. I found a mess of White Chaterelles.
Next I will let Sage rest for a week, I don't want to wear out her pawpads!
